Shipping Policy

SHIPPING COST:

We are offering Free Express Shipping across Pakistan. Shipping costs are based on weight and are calculated at the time of selecting the item. To reflect the policies of the courier companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kg.
Shipping to most regions internationally charged are USD 25 for the 1 piece USD 30 for 2 pieces USD 35 for 3 and USD 40 for 4 and more pieces. Certain regions may have higher charges e.g. Australia, South America etc.
Prices are inclusive of all local taxes. Any additional customs duties or taxes on international orders will be borne by the customer at the time of delivery.

NOTE:

if parcel gets stuck in customs which it usually does not then the brand will not be responsible. In light of current events and situation throughout the county due to Covid-19, our shipping policy is as follows:

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

We are offering Free Express Shipping across Pakistan. Due to the Covid-19 Situation, customers will usually receive their order in 7-14 working days (Once the order has been confirmed). After your payment is authorized, it can take up to 2 days for us to process your order and ship it. But this is just an estimate and does not include weekends and holidays. We do not ship to P.O Boxes. Delivery can take longer in remote areas in Pakistan. Sapphire Mart holds the right to process “Cash on Delivery” orders without telephonic verification for verified customers and/or during a period of high volume that includes sale, season launches, and other promotions.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All international orders ship through PS/FedEx/TCS and are delivered in 10-21 working days (Once the order has been confirmed). Once your payment is authorized, it can take us up to 2 days to process your order and ship the package. This is only an estimate and does not include weekends and holidays. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email with your order number. 

NOTE TO CUSTOMERS:

Sapphire Mart has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as but not limited to - Items being out of stock, or credit card payments declined by the issuing financial institution.
