Shipping Policy

We are offering Free Shipping across Pakistan on Orders above Rs.2,999. 

For Orders Below Rs.2,999 the shipping charges are Rs.199.

Customers will usually receive their order in 3-5 working days (Once the order has been confirmed). Same Day Delivery in Lahore Only, Except Sunday or PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

Delivery can take longer in remote areas in Pakistan. Sapphire Mart holds the right to process “Cash on Delivery” orders without telephonic verification for verified customers and/or during a period of high volume that includes sale, season launches, and other promotions.

NOTE TO CUSTOMERS:

Sapphire Mart has the right to cancel orders for reasons such as but not limited to - Items being out of stock, or credit card payments declined by the issuing financial institution.
